Sizing

This is Sadie:

Sadie is the full-time model for all our adult and child-size hats. Sadie's head size is 20"/52cm and her crown length is 6.25"/16cm. That means Sadie is a child-size mannequin. Adult size hats will look a little big on Sadie but not so big on you (if you are an adult). The best way to find the perfect hat for you is to measure your head size and crown length and see if that matches the dimensions of your fave Jaq Hat. Custom hats are also available in our shop. 

1. Measure your head circumference
The first step for your perfect fit; It is important that the tape measure goes around the widest part of the head; over the forehead and above the ears. Remember to keep the tape snug. 
2. Measure your crown length 
The second step to a perfect fit is making sure the crown is the right length.  To measure the crown length, measure from the crown of the head to the base of the ear in a straight line.
